• Microsoft Canada (perhaps I can help here...Microsoft Canada may or may not offer some funds, but they may also offer the ability to use their conference center for this event, this adds several advantages but also some disadvantages. In any case, I can be of assistance here..) (Albert S. Bitton)
• Also, if this event will be done in Toronto, then there are several Toronto based tech associations that have been known to sponsor similar events.
• There are also certain media establishments that can be counted on for buzz and to promote the event. Again, perhaps I can be of assistance here. (Albert S. Bitton)

• Rick Segal - who at Mesh last year opened his big mouth and said he would sponsor a startup camp in toronto... if someone would step forward and organize it.

• SUN Canada? They are a big sponsor of startupcamp US and there is a well known Canadian SUN exec blogging from Vancouver Tim Bray / OnGoing.
